Each kit includes our new EZM Biotinylated Nanovials (35 µm diameter) along with validated cell capture and fluorescent secretion detection antibodies for hybridoma or plasma cells. Other wash buffers and reagents for Nanovial functionalization are also included.

Yes! Secretion detection antibodies are available with APC or PE fluorophores. Other viability dyes and labeling antibodies can be added in the Staining step of the workflow. Make sure the spectra of your various dyes and fluorophores have the least amount of overlap for a successful experiment. Suggested viability dyes are included in the kit protocol.

This will depend on your sample source and how many you are able to recover after cell isolation. Assay volumes can be scaled to screen millions of cells, but we typically recommend starting with at least 100k cells for your first assay.
